We arrive with everything on board — water in tanks, our own generator, lighting, and a containment mat for the runoff. Nothing is drawn from your house, your building or your garage stall, which is what makes the service work in a co-op structure, an industrial yard or one legal space at the kerb.
The first ten minutes are an inspection with you, in daylight or under LED: paint depth readings where correction is on the table, and a walk-round pointing out what will change and what will not. The quote is confirmed at that point, before any work starts, and it does not move afterwards unless we find something and agree it with you first.
We decline work fairly regularly, and it is worth saying why. We will not machine-polish paint that measures too thin to give up any more clear coat. We will not apply a coating over uncorrected paint just because the customer would prefer to skip that stage — it locks the defects in for the life of the coating and is the single most common way people waste money on this service.
We also will not promise that a chip, a crack in clear coat, or a deep scratch through to primer will polish out. Those need paint, not a polisher. Saying so costs us the booking sometimes; being right about it is the reason people come back.
Every quote is a fixed price agreed before we start, and it is based on the vehicle, its condition and the work you actually want — not on an hourly rate that drifts. Exterior details start at $250, full details at $350, and ceramic coating at $599, with the final figure depending on size and condition.
We do not quote a low number to win the booking and revise it on arrival. If the car turns out to be in materially worse condition than described, we tell you what that changes and let you decide, rather than doing the extra work and adding it to the invoice.
All five boroughs, across Westchester and Long Island, throughout northern and central New Jersey, and down through the Main Line into Philadelphia. Because the units are self-contained, the practical limit is travel time rather than infrastructure — we can work at a house in Bedford, a tower garage in Jersey City or a permit space in South Philadelphia with the same setup.
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available on weekdays; weekends generally book a day or two ahead. Quotes come back within the hour during business hours.
