Terms of Service

The agreement that governs our services.

By using autoxentra.com or booking services from Xentra Auto ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.

1. Services

Xentra Auto provides mobile auto detailing services including ceramic coating, paint correction, interior detailing, exterior detailing, and related vehicle services across New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Service availability depends on location, weather, scheduling, and vehicle accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service.

2. Booking and Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your vehicle and location. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from what was described (heavily soiled, severely damaged paint, biohazards, etc.). We'll always discuss any pricing changes with you before starting work.

A confirmed appointment requires:

  • Vehicle make, model, and condition disclosed honestly
  • A confirmed service location with safe, legal access
  • Agreement to the quoted price

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and approved payment methods.

Returned payments or chargebacks are subject to a $50 fee plus the original service amount.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: no fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 25% of service fee may be charged
  • No-shows or refusals at the time of service: 50% of service fee may be charged

We may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances. We'll give you as much notice as possible.

5. Service Standards and Limitations

We use professional-grade products and trained technicians. We perform every service to the best of our ability, but the following limitations apply:

  • Paint correction reduces but cannot always fully remove deep scratches, damage to bare metal, or paint chips
  • Ceramic coatings provide chemical and UV resistance but do not prevent rock chips, deep scratches, or physical impact damage
  • Stain removal results depend on the age, type, and material of the stain
  • Headlight restoration improves clarity but lifespan depends on environmental exposure
  • Odor removal results vary based on the source and severity of the odor

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to have it serviced. You must disclose:

  • Any pre-existing damage
  • Aftermarket modifications, wraps, PPF, or coatings
  • Biohazards, blood, or hazardous materials
  • Loose, valuable, or fragile items inside the vehicle

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage you didn't disclose
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
  • Damage caused by undisclosed prior repairs or modifications
  • Damage that occurs after we complete the service

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Warranties

Specific warranties (such as on ceramic coatings) are provided separately at the time of service. No other warranties, express or implied, apply unless agreed to in writing.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph or video our work for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. License plates, identifying details, and personal information are obscured or omitted. If you don't want your vehicle photographed, tell us in advance.

9. Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of New York. You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
