By using autoxentra.com or booking services from Xentra Auto ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.
Xentra Auto provides mobile auto detailing services including ceramic coating, paint correction, interior detailing, exterior detailing, and related vehicle services across New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Service availability depends on location, weather, scheduling, and vehicle accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your vehicle and location. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from what was described (heavily soiled, severely damaged paint, biohazards, etc.). We'll always discuss any pricing changes with you before starting work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and approved payment methods.
Returned payments or chargebacks are subject to a $50 fee plus the original service amount.
We may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances. We'll give you as much notice as possible.
We use professional-grade products and trained technicians. We perform every service to the best of our ability, but the following limitations apply:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Specific warranties (such as on ceramic coatings) are provided separately at the time of service. No other warranties, express or implied, apply unless agreed to in writing.
We may photograph or video our work for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. License plates, identifying details, and personal information are obscured or omitted. If you don't want your vehicle photographed, tell us in advance.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of New York. You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
