Warranty

What's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Every coating and film we install carries a warranty — most are manufacturer-backed and registered in your name, which means they're enforceable and, on premium tiers, transferable if you sell the vehicle.

Ceramic Coating Warranties

Coverage depends on the tier installed. Warranties cover the coating's hydrophobic performance and adhesion when the vehicle is maintained per our aftercare guidance (pH-neutral hand washes, no automatic brush washes).

  • 1-Year Entry (CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0): 12-month hydrophobic protection.
  • 3-Year Standard (Gyeon Mohs EVO): 3-year warranty, registered.
  • 5-Year Premium (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light): 5-year warranty, transferable on resale.
  • 10-Year Elite (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra): manufacturer-backed warranty, transferable.

See the full breakdown on the ceramic coating service page.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranties

PPF carries manufacturer warranties against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling — honored when installed by certified technicians (which ours are).

  • XPEL Ultimate Plus: 10-year manufacturer warranty.
  • SunTek Reaction: 10-year manufacturer warranty.
  • 3M Pro Series: 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Details on the PPF service page.

Workmanship Guarantee

Separate from product warranties, we stand behind the quality of our application. If a coating shows application defects — high spots, streaking, missed coverage — within 30 days of install that are attributable to our work, we re-treat the affected area at no charge.

What warranties don't cover

  • Physical damage: rock chips, scratches, collision, or impact (ceramic is chemical protection, not armor — that's what PPF is for)
  • Damage from improper maintenance (automatic brush washes, harsh degreasers, neglecting bird droppings/sap)
  • Pre-existing defects disclosed and documented before service
  • Normal wear at the end of the coating's rated life

How to make a claim

Contact us with your vehicle info, the install date, and photos of the issue. We inspect on-site, determine whether it's covered under product or workmanship warranty, and resolve it. Manufacturer warranty claims (Gtechniq, Gyeon, XPEL) we help you file directly with the maker.
