Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an accessible website for everyone.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Xentra Auto is committed to ensuring that autoxentra.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every visitor deserves an equal opportunity to learn about and book our mobile detailing services.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. As a New York–based business, we also work to meet the expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New York City and New York State Human Rights Laws.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
  • Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu and dropdowns (Enter/Space to open, Escape to close)
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA (our navigation and body text run high-contrast white on black)
  • ARIA attributes on interactive components such as menus and accordions
  • A responsive layout that works across phones, tablets, and desktops, and supports browser zoom
  • Form fields with associated labels

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively improving include certain third-party embeds (such as maps or videos) and older media. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We review the site regularly and update this statement as we make improvements.
