No hookups needed. We're 100% self-contained.

Professional-grade work, panel by panel.
Xentra Auto brings full-service mobile detailing to SoHo — we come to you, so there’s no shop drop-off and no waiting room. SoHo runs on mostly parking garages and alternate-side street spots, and we come straight to wherever your car lives — driveway, garage, or curb on Broadway. Self-contained rig, no hookups, no shop trip.
Belgian block paving and the daily grind of SoHo loading traffic put more grit on the lower half of a car than almost anywhere in the city. Road film and stone strike build up faster than a regular wash can keep pace with.
We run the full range in SoHo — ceramic coating, paint correction, full details and quick maintenance washes. Most clients here keep valuable cars in loft garages and want them reset once and then protected properly.
SoHo has its own way of beating up a car. We've seen all of it.
Cobbles throw grit and small stones up the rockers on every trip. Lower doors and sills carry damage the upper panels never see.
Narrow streets between tall cast-iron facades trap heat all afternoon. Unprotected clear coat on roofs and bonnets goes flat far earlier here.
Salted cobbles hold slush in every joint, and it gets thrown straight into the arches. Brine sits there long after the street looks dry.
Real products, real techniques — and the mix that actually comes up around here.
Around Broadway, West Broadway, Spring Street, three jobs come up over and over.
Ceramic coating is the most-requested job around Broadway — owners here protect six-figure paint with Gtechniq Crystal Serum and Gyeon Mohs+, registered and warrantied in their name.
Paint correction matters on the cars kept down here: soft European clear coats from Porsche, Ferrari and Bentley get LED-inspected and test-spotted before a polisher goes near them.
Full PPF is close to essential on this paving — XPEL and SunTek across hoods, bumpers and rocker edges so cobblestone stone-strike never reaches the paint.
Need something more targeted? Paint correction, PPF, engine bay, and lease-return prep all run here too.
SoHo keeps genuinely valuable cars on genuinely bad paving.
Ferrari, McLaren and Lamborghini kept a few blocks from cobblestones. Hand-built paint that gets LED inspection and a test spot every time.
The default here. Big flat panels that show every mark, and lower doors that take the worst of the Belgian block.
Teslas and Rivians parked in converted structures. Soft single-stage paint, EV-safe chemistry, and no aggressive cutting at any stage.
SoHo clients work with IDA Certified, Gtechniq Accredited, and Gyeon Certified techs. Standard of care doesn't change with the vehicle. We see plenty of Lucid and other EVs parked around SoHo.
SoHo cars deal with a specific problem: Belgian block. The constant vibration over cobbles shakes fine grit down into seat rails, carpet edges and every trim seam, where a normal vacuum never reaches. We take the interior apart properly — every zone vacuumed, carpets and mats hot-water extracted, seams and vents steamed, leather cleaned and conditioned. Done at the kerb without moving the car off its block.
Cobblestones throw far more grit onto lower panels than smooth asphalt does, so SoHo cars carry a gritty band along the rockers and behind the wheels that most owners never think to look at. Add loading-bay diesel film off Broome and Grand. We hand-wash two-bucket with heavy lubrication, deep-clean wheels and rockers, clay off bonded film, then seal the surface.
The grit that comes off Belgian block gets walked straight back into the car, and it is sharp — it cuts carpet fibres rather than just dirtying them. We hot-water extract carpets, mats and cloth upholstery to draw it out of the backing before it does more damage, pre-treat set-in stains and multi-pass them, then dry properly so a kerbside car is not left damp.
For a SoHo car the coating value is mostly in the lower half of the paint, where cobblestone grit and standing water do their work. A hard, slick layer means thrown grit slides rather than keying into the clear coat, and the rocker panels stay presentable. We correct first, install in a controlled setup, and register the warranty to you.
SoHo paint tends to show rocker-level stone chipping and a hazed band low on the doors from cobble spray, plus swirls higher up from dry wiping. We inspect under LED, run a test spot, then polish in measured stages — and we will tell you plainly which chips are below the clear coat and cannot be polished out rather than charging you to try.
Loading zones, weekend crowds and no driveways make washing a SoHo car genuinely awkward. We work beside it at the kerb, tight to the car so the lane stays clear — our own water and power, two-bucket method, pH-neutral soap, wheels and rockers given extra attention because that is where cobble grit collects.
Cars parked around SoHo pick up smells from the street and from what gets carried in them — retail hauls, food, damp coats. Enclosed for days, none of it clears. We extract the source first, then run ozone or enzyme treatment that neutralises pet, smoke, food and mildew properly rather than layering fragrance over it.
Years parked outside on these blocks leaves lenses yellowed, and the cast-iron district is genuinely dark at night once you are off the main streets. Hazy lenses cut your usable range. We wet-sand the oxidation off, polish the lens back to clarity and seal it under UV coating so it does not haze over again within a season.
Belgian block throws up more grit than any other paving in the city, and SoHo is covered in it. Our mobile car wash comes to the loft garage or the kerb, arriving as a mobile car washing service that runs entirely off its own supply. The rockers and lower doors get a long pre-rinse before anything touches them, because cobble grit has to be floated away rather than dragged — that is what an at-home car wash means on this paving, followed by a hand wash and a clear-drying rinse. Interiors are booked as a car shampoo service, with the mats out and hot water through the carpets, and a car seat shampoo for what walks in off the street. Engine bay detailing is there if the bay needs it.
