If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
Under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please be sure before you file.
