Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Plans change. Here's how cancellations and reschedules work.

We hold a time slot and route a mobile unit for your appointment, so notice matters. This policy keeps it fair for everyone.

Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: no fee. Cancel freely.
  • Less than 24 hours: up to 25% of the service total may be charged, since we've reserved the slot and turned away other bookings.
  • No-show or refusal at the appointment: up to 50% of the service total may be charged.

Rescheduling

Need to move your appointment? Reschedule with 24+ hours notice at no charge — we'll find you the next available slot. Same-day reschedules are accommodated when our route allows, though they may push to the next available day.

If we need to reschedule

Occasionally we reschedule due to weather, equipment, or a prior job running long. We give you as much notice as possible and prioritize rebooking you into the next available slot. See our weather policy for weather-specific rules.

Deposits

Standard bookings don't require a deposit. Large multi-day jobs (full-body PPF, multi-stage correction, fleet work) may require a deposit, which is applied to the final total and refundable under the 24-hour cancellation window.
