California Privacy Rights

Your rights under the CCPA and CPRA.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Information We Collect

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, phone number, email address, and service address;
  • Commercial information — services purchased and quote requests;
  • Internet/network activity — pages viewed and basic analytics;
  • Geolocation — approximate location (e.g., your service area).

We collect this from you directly (when you contact us or book) and automatically (through your use of the website). We use it to provide and schedule services, communicate with you, process payments, improve the site, and comply with the law.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.

How to Submit a Request

Email autoxentra@gmail.com or call (808) 556-7589. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request (typically by confirming details associated with your account or service).

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

"Shine the Light"

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) lets residents request information about disclosures to third parties for direct-marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
